Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks skilled Production Operators for a pharma manufacturer in Verona, WI. This role supports 1st and 2nd shifts, with a $22/hour cap depending on experience and a 6% shift premium on 2nd shift.

Training occurs on 1st shift, with comprehensive benefits upon probation. Responsibilities include operating and cleaning production equipment, preparing solutions, documenting tasks, and ensuring cGMP compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of cGMPs preferred.
• Basic understanding of Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform basic calculations.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at a professional level.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with teammates.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack.
• Ability to stand for lengthy periods.
• Ability to use a half-mask respirator with proper seal.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean Production processing equipment in a cGMP environment.
• Prepare coating solutions and other formulas according to SOPs.
• Transfer product from bulk packaging to final containers.
• Maintain accurate forms and records.
• Verify tasks performed by others and monitor process conditions.
• Identify deviations and ensure quality controls are followed.
• Label containers with contents, lot numbers, weights, etc.
