You will drive continuous improvement, provide technical expertise, and mentor colleagues while maintaining audit readiness and strong adherence to safety standards.

• Monitor and improve processes and equipment using Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement principles.
• Provide technical mentorship and support investigations and deviations.
• Ensure training compliance and staff development.
