Job summary

Brinox USA, Inc. in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Manager for Pharma Process Systems Installation & Service to lead site installations, coordinate teams, and ensure safety and quality. The role includes significant travel (about 80%), with remote work between site visits and European collaboration.

The successful candidate will have a engineering degree, PM training, and experience in regulated pharma environments. Growth toward leadership within Brinox USA is outlined.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and on-site installation on large construction sites.
• Technical understanding of process systems, piping, and mechanical design; electrical/automation knowledge a plus.
• Proven ability to manage on-site teams and collaborate across functions.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise customer site installation of new systems, ensuring compliance with technical standards and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams; manage project schedules and safety/quality assurance.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges, especially at smaller sites.
• Lead on-site personnel and ensure regulatory compliance during installation and commissioning.
• Report to President U.S. Operations and contribute to leadership development within Brinox USA.
