Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a manufacturing associate to support operations areas in Clayton, NC. The role focuses on assisting with deviation investigations, containment actions, and root-cause analysis while ensuring regulatory compliance and process improvements.

The position emphasizes collaboration with production and QA, adherence to GMP, and ongoing opportunities for professional growth within Novo Nordisk’s global manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in technology from an accredited university is required
• May consider a High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years of manufacturing experience
• GMP knowledge preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Support deviation investigations, quick containment and root-cause analysis with production and QA
• Ensure compliance with standards
• Identify process needs and improvement opportunities for routine to minimally complex matters
• Perform process confirmations to ensure compliance and improvements
• Review BPRs as necessary
• Follow safety and environmental requirements in performance of duties
• Other duties as assigned
