Job summary

Novo Nordisk is expanding its NC manufacturing operations and seeks a professional to support people, equipment and processes in our PS AM site in Clayton. You will ensure regulatory compliance and partner with QA and production to drive improvements.

Reports to the Manager and collaborates with stakeholders across the area. Join a global team dedicated to creating better health outcomes through manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree in technology or equivalent, preferably in engineering or related field.
• Two years of manufacturing experience, preferably in pharma manufacturing.
• At least one year of manufacturing experience in a pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
• GMP knowledge is preferred and system knowledge is a plus.
• Manufacturing experience in a pharmaceutical setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with production and QA to support deviation investigations, quick containment and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with standards and identify process improvements for routine to minimally complex matters.
• Perform process confirmations to ensure compliance and continuous improvements.
• Review BPRs as necessary and follow all safety and environmental requirements.

Education

Associate’s degree in technology (engineering, technology or related field) from an accredited university

High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years of manufacturing experience

Minimum of one (1) year of manufacturing experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
