Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Clayton, NC, is seeking a senior leader to drive process and quality improvement within Finished Production. You will mentor teams, develop long‑term quality plans, and ensure robust standards that align with global quality expectations.

This role requires 5–7 years of management experience in manufacturing or quality, with knowledge of packaging, device assembly, and systems such as SAP, Pas-X and Serialization. Join us to help build robust, compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field; MS preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years leadership/management in Manufacturing or Quality.
• Knowledge of packaging and device assembly processes; SAP, Pas-X, Serialization preferred.
• Knowledge of Quality Management System, Lean and/or Six Sigma preferred.
• Proven track record of sustainable process improvements; strong planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor direct reports per NNWay.
• Develop long-term process and quality improvement plans.
• Create simple, robust Quality standards and expectations.
• Drive quality process performance to meet business needs.
• Support Quality Event Communication and containment processes.
• Ensure NC Process within FP adheres to compliance standards.
• Identify trends to drive compliance improvement projects.
• Lead the Quality Steering Group agendas.
• Represent Clayton site in non-technical Process Group responsibilities.
• Coordinate Audit activities and develop audit standards.
