Job summary

Global Engineering Solutions (GES) offers an Engineering Internship/Co-op targeted at college juniors and seniors. The program provides hands-on learning in process and project engineering within a fast-paced manufacturing environment for life-saving medicines and vaccines.

You will be coached by assignment managers and mentors, with exposure to vendor management and cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes leadership development, teamwork, and technical skill building.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Problem-solving, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or related technical environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, facilities, and engineering activities.
• Assist with planning, tracking, and coordinating team work to meet schedule and budget.
• Engage with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve questions and drive delivery.
• Travel, both domestic and international, up to 10% based on business need.
