Merck's Global Engineering Solutions (GES) offers a co-op program for juniors and seniors in engineering, with assignments across API, Biologics, vaccines, and sterile operations. You’ll learn through coaching, mentorship, and hands-on project work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Participants gain leadership, planning, and collaboration experience while supporting design, construction, commissioning, and validation activities for pharmaceutical facilities worldwide.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Chemical, Biomedical, Mechanical).
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge, data analysis, and troubleshooting to support pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, facilities, and engineering activities.
• Take ownership of assigned work and deliver results in a team-based environment.
• Develop leadership and execution skills through vendor management and project support.
