Job summary

GSK Zebulon site is seeking a Process Operator to operate, challenge and clean equipment per SOPs, JSAs and batch docs to deliver high quality products for the supply chain. You will monitor equipment for rejects and perform duties in line with regulatory and OSHA requirements, resolving minor downtime and identifying improvements to boost efficiency.

The role requires shift flexibility, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and familiarity with production systems like DELTA, IP21 and SAP.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years Pharma/Manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to handle up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work up to 12.5 hrs in one shift.

Responsibilities

• Operates, challenges, replenishes consumable supplies, cleans equipment, and all duties per cGMPs and SOPs.
• Monitors equipment for excessive rejects and stoppages; escalates issues affecting quality or safety.
• Trained in GSK Production System standards (5S, standard work, problem solving).
• Performs changeovers and setup to design specifications; certifies on multiple technologies as needed.
• Collaborates with associates and technicians to troubleshoot and support daily operations.
