Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline is required.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing is required.
• Strong technical writing and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and scientific support for Rx, OTC, and cosmetic topical products
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R&D, Operations, and Legal teams
• Conduct technical assessments and provide ongoing process support
• Lead technology transfer activities for new products
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes
• Investigate manufacturing issues and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for process changes
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
