Job summary

Par Health is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at the Hobart, NY site to drive development, scale-up, and tech transfer of oral solid and liquid dosage forms. You will act as SME for process validation, commercialization, and troubleshooting to improve productivity and reduce waste.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in pharmaceutical formulation, DOE, statistics, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D and operations.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD preferred with pharma background.
• Experience with solid and liquid dosage formulations.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate feasibility of new products for development and approved ANDA’s.
• Lead products from development through commercialization including validation support.
• Support tech transfer and scale-up activities for tablet, capsule, and liquid dosage forms.
• Provide technical leadership for process improvements and cost reduction.
