Job summary

Becton, Dickinson, and Company in El Paso, TX is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. You will analyze processes to improve efficiency, quality, yield, and cost, and lead CAPA investigations and process improvement initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in regulated manufacturing, knowledge of validation and quality systems, and experience with SAP/TrackWise/MES. Fluency in Spanish is a plus in a diverse site environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering experience in pharmaceutical/regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with FDA regulations, cGMP, validation, and quality systems.
• Knowledge of process validation, IQ/OQ/PQ, and risk management.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP, TrackWise, MES or other manufacturing systems preferred.
• Knowledge of statistical tools and process capability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering support to pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, quality, yield, and cost.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement CAPAs.
• Monitor process performance through data analysis and KPIs.
• Lead root cause investigations related to process deviations, nonconformances, and customer complaints.
