Qualifications

• Pharma batch manufacturing experience required.
• Chemical Engineering degree preferred.
• Ability to read P&ID's and process diagrams.
• Experience performing mass and energy balances.
• Familiar with batch reactors, agitation systems, filters and vacuum systems.

Responsibilities

• On the manufacturing floor, troubleshoot and solve problems on line.
• Lead yield improvements and optimize cycle times for API production.
• Support investigations and perform IQ/OQ validation for automation systems (FactoryTalk 2.0).
