Job summary

Phlow Corp is seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Engineer to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Petersburg. The role focuses on maintenance, repair, and optimization of automation systems to support compliant, efficient production.

The ideal candidate will manage calibration, instrumentation, and process controls within GMP guidelines, collaborating with production and engineering to minimize downtime and improve safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment with regulated processes.
• Experience with distributed control systems, instrumentation, and process controls in GMP settings.
• Familiarity with safety regulations (GMP, OSHA) and good documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot automation systems and process controls to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee calibrations of process instrumentation and maintain GMP-compliant records.
• Assist installation, commissioning, and calibration of new equipment; ensure regulatory compliance.
