Job summary

The Ritedose Corporation in Columbia, SC is seeking a Process Control Shift Supervisor to oversee PC Inspectors and ensure accurate inspection of filling and packaging, line clearance, fill volume checks, and cGMP documentation for bulk and finished product.

You will train and lead PC Inspectors, manage shift coverage, review batch records, and coordinate cross‑departmental actions to maintain production efficiency and line performance on swing shifts.

Qualifications

• At least three years in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in Process Control or a related Quality Department.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vacation and shift coverage for PC Inspectors on the shift.
• Review batch record documentation of all inspection activities.
• Coordinate PC Inspector activities to support production efficiency.
• Communicate and coordinate interdepartmentally to ensure schedule adherence.
• Be the point of contact for deviations or atypical events and drive corrective actions.
• Review/approve inspections in LIMS and release product in ERP system.
• Support PC Inspector duties as demand and scheduling dictate.
