Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech plant engineering or project management experience.
• Experience with cleanroom environments and GMP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute pharmaceutical/biotech plant projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for successful delivery.
• Interface with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to align designs.
• Lead the design and layout of plant systems, utilities, and manufacturing areas (e.g., cleanrooms).
• Oversee equipment selection and installation ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems into operations.
• Support GMP/FDA/OSHA compliance and validation activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
