BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-to-senior level associate for its Pharmaceutical group in New York, NY, with 3–6 years of patent prosecution experience. The ideal candidate will hold a Ph.D.

in organic chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, with USPTO admission. Responsibilities include drafting and filing patent applications, performing freedom-to-operate and patentability analyses, and collaborating with clients and inventors to advance patent

Qualifikationen

• Ph.D. in organic chemistry, biochemistry, or related field.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 3–6 years of patent prosecution experience in a law firm.
• Admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, D.C.
• USPTO registration is required.
