Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Manufacturing/Packaging Technician in Cincinnati, OH to learn the production process by following batch records, SOPs and WIs. You will set up and operate equipment, perform changeovers, and help maintain clean facilities and proper documentation.

The role emphasizes strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, EHS policies, and continuous training. A high school diploma is required and prior pharma packaging experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn manufacturing/packaging process by following batch records, WIs and SOPs.
• Set up, perform changeovers, program, and operate equipment.
• Clean facilities, equipment, and utensils per SOPs/WIs.
• Complete manufacturing/packaging documentation.
• Maintain 100% training/compliance.
• Maintain safe/efficient work areas and follow policies.
