PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Package Operator I for 1st shift in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role involves inspecting, labeling, and packaging finished drug products in a GMP setting, following company procedures and safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing or packaging experience and can perform detailed visual inspections while standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs. Pharma GMP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform detailed visual inspections.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Pharmaceutical or GMP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pharmaceutical products for quality and accuracy
• Package and label finished products
• Operate and monitor packaging equipment
• Perform line clearances and maintain production areas
• Complete batch records and production documentation
• Follow cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and safety procedures
• Report equipment issues or production deviations
• Maintain product quality and production efficiency
