Job summary

Elevait Solutions is hiring a Packaging Machine Operator (AHP) in Columbus, OH for a 2nd shift position with an initial training period on 1st shift. This entry to mid level role focuses on fast paced, quality driven packaging in a regulated production environment.

You will stage materials, operate packaging equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, handle repackaging tasks, and complete compliance documentation while upholding cGMP standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and understand English for reading labels, instructions, and documentation.
• Able to stand for extended periods, 8 to 12 hours per shift.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and handle items weighing around 25–35 pounds.
• Basic math skills and good manual dexterity.
• Team oriented and able to work closely with others.

Responsibilities

• Stage repackaging material and equipment for each production run.
• Operate packaging equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Repackage raw material into finished product meeting all packaging specs.
• Escalate mechanical issues to maintenance as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the production room and equipment.
• Complete all required packaging, compliance, and safety training.
• Follow cGMP requirements, safety regulations, and standard procedures.
• Keep the work area clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Work as part of a team to meet quality and production goals.
• Complete accurate compliance documentation for each production run.
