Job summary

LNK International, Inc. in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a dependable Packaging Line Operator. You will clean packaging lines, set up equipment, run and monitor lines, record down-time, verify labels and counts, and help maintain a clean, compliant work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing packaging is a plus.
• Ability to follow SOPs and document readings clearly.
• Stand for extended periods and lift light materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean packaging lines and machines according to SOPs and record cleanings.
• Set up packaging lines and equipment as directed and document setup information.
• Run and monitor packaging line operation, including counts, labels, codes and pack out.
• Record downtime information and notify supervisor.
• Ensure product meets acceptance criteria and maintains a neat work area.
• Follow all SOPs listed in the packaging line curriculum.
