Intellectt INC seeks a Packaging Engineer to support transfer, commercialization, and launch of pharmaceutical products in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Focus areas include packaging systems, process readiness, validation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. This role collaborates with Development, Quality, Operations, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams to ensure successful scale-up and launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related scientific discipline.
• Experience in pharmaceutical packaging engineering/manufacturing within a regulated environment.
• Experience with container closure systems, packaging specifications, validation, and commercialization.
• Strong troubleshooting, risk assessment, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support technology transfer, commercialization, and product launches.
• Evaluate packaging systems, container closure solutions, and packaging specifications.
• Lead or support risk assessments, line trials, validation activities, and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot packaging and manufacturing issues and identify corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Development, Quality, Operations, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams.
• Support packaging documentation, specifications, and commercialization activities.
• Drive packaging process improvements and operational readiness.
