Job summary

Intellectt INC is seeking a Process Engineer in Ohio for a 6–12+ month, 100% onsite assignment. The role focuses on supporting pharmaceutical process scale-up, technology transfer, process validation, and preparation for manufacturing readiness.

You will lead development and commercialization activities, collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Development, and external teams, and help drive lifecycle management, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Experience with pharmaceutical process validation is required.
• Experience with technology transfer, process scale-up, and manufacturing support.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmaceutical process scale-up, tech transfer, process validation, and manufacturing readiness.
• Serve as technical lead across development and commercialization activities.
• Support manufacturing process development, batch documentation, and validation campaigns.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Development, and external teams to improve processes.
• Identify process risks, troubleshoot technical challenges, and drive mitigation activities.
• Support product launches, process improvements, CAPAs, and lifecycle management initiatives.
