Cipla is offering a Pharmaceutical Operations Trainee Program in Fall River, MA. The role covers three core areas—Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Packaging—with hands-on training under production managers to ensure compliance and right-first-time execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required; some manufacturing exposure is a plus.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Understanding of cGMP and safety procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Warehouse operations: inbound/outbound shipments, material flow, and GMP-compliant handling with pallet jacks.
• Support Manufacturing: assist granulation, compression, coating, encapsulation per SOPs and BMRs; perform changeovers and routine maintenance.
• Handle Packaging: operate OSD/DPI packaging lines; ensure labeling, documentation and clean, compliant work areas.
