Cipla is seeking a Manufacturing Operator Trainee - MDI in Fall River, MA. The program offers 2-3 months of immersive training across Manufacturing and Packaging, with exposure to cGMP standards and SOP compliance to promote right-first-time execution.

Participants work under production managers and learn to support operations in a regulated environment, preparing for long-term pharmaceutical manufacturing careers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Trade School, Community College and Military Veterans welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes per SOPs and BMR requirements.
• Operate packaging equipment for oral solid dose (OSD) and dry powder inhalation (DPI) products; ensure labeling and QA standards.
