Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is seeking an Operations Planner II to support our pharmaceutical partner in West Point, PA. This role is full-time with full benefit options and eligibility for comprehensive medical and retirement benefits.

The Operations Planner II will coordinate packaging, labeling and assembly of clinical materials for domestic and international studies, mentori ng junior staff and ensuring alignment with GMP and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
• 4+ years of experience in a related field; 7+ years if no degree.
• Direct work experience with SAP is a plus.
• Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Execute and lead planning activities for program level tasks and follow up on their completion.
• Operationalize documents detailing protocol level packaging and labeling strategy.
• Execute and oversee planning of clinical packaging events at internal and external facilities.
• Manage Re-Packaging and RED Extension packaging jobs, including drug salvage operations.
• Track deliverables at 3rd party vendors to support clinical packaging jobs.
• Mentor junior level peers and provide guidance on planning processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Triage events and issues to ensure study timelines are met.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Planners, Packaging Supervisors and QA on labeling/packaging docs.
• Contribute to process improvements and CAPA activities.
