Job summary

Tempris, a Munich-area SME, is seeking a Service Technician for pharmaceutical and medical technology to install, commission, and service equipment. The role includes on-site visits and workshop troubleshooting, with a focus on safety, quality, and documentation.

Ideal candidates have an electrical/electronics/mechatronics background, at least two years of experience, and strong German/English skills (B2+). Expect regional and international travel and a modern workspace in Holzkirchen.

Qualifications

• Completed training in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable technical field.
• At least two years of professional experience as a service technician (m/f/d).
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and handling electrical and electronic systems is advantageous.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken (at least B2 level).

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of equipment and systems in pharmaceutical and medical technology.
• Performing service calls and troubleshooting on-site at customer locations and in the workshop.
• Conducting safety and measurement checks in accordance with applicable legal requirements and quality standards.
• Documenting all service, maintenance, and repair work.
• Providing technical advice to customers and instructing them on the operation and use of equipment and systems.
• Collaborating closely with the service, quality management, sales, and technical support departments.
• Ensuring high service quality and compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Participating in the continuous optimization of service and maintenance processes.
