Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Management, or Material Management.
• 3-4 years of experience Planning/Buying or Materials and Production Planning, preferably in a GMP pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience with an ERP system, preferably Dynamics AX.
• Knowledge of GMP and SOPs; strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; analytical with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute raw materials planning from domestic and international suppliers.
• Ensure material and inventory availability to support requirements via PO creation and escalation.
• Create and maintain Master BOMs within the ERP system.
• Monitor schedules to ensure procurement within ERP lead times.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to avoid obsolescence and report slow movers.
• Coordinate blanket orders delivery schedules and changes with vendors.
• Provide materials projection for strategic planning and development.
• Act as backup to Planner/Buyer and Planning Manager functions.
