Job summary

Staffing Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler in Miami, FL to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The role involves warehouse duties, receiving materials, and maintaining inventory accuracy in an integrated system.

Forklift operation is required, and there is emphasis on safety and compliance with cGMP. The position is a long‑term contract with potential to convert to permanent, with a daytime training window and a 5pm–5am shift schedule on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Good verbal and written communication; organized and able to follow directions under supervision.
• Basic computer skills: MS Word, Excel, and e‑mail.
• Must have a valid drivers license and be able to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and receive materials, verifying quantities against documentation.
• Maintain location accuracy and report damaged materials.
• Post inventory moves in the system (MRP/DSI) to ensure accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies to Inventory Control.
• Operate forklift/truck to support manufacturing operations.
• Dispense materials per pick lists and SOPs.
• Receive returns and verify quantities and lot numbers.
