Job summary

Par Health in Hobart, NY is seeking a Distribution Technician for 1st shift to load, unload, and manage materials in the Distribution Center. You will pick, pack, store, and ship products using scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks, while keeping records in the JD Edwards system and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of distribution experience with forklift certification, basic arithmetic and English skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years (with at least 1 year of distribution experience and forklift certification).
• Other: basic computer skills and ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Loads/unloads materials at shipping/receiving docks.
• Receives products via systems and maintains accurate inventory records.
• Stages, packs, and ships orders using scanners and material handling equipment.
• Performs cycle counts and ensures packaging and shipping standards are met.
