Job summary

Ethos, a leader in AI-enabled pharma marketing, seeks experienced pharma marketing managers to help train a foundational AI model on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across brand plans, launches, market reviews, payer stories, and lifecycle materials.

4+ years in pharma commercial roles is required; this is a fully remote, flexible position with ASAP start and compensation at $80/hour for 5–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in pharmaceutical brand management or commercial strategy.
• Ownership of brand plan and launch materials at a significant pharma company.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
