Job summary

Aquestive Therapeutics in Indiana is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support multiple production operations, including weighing, mixing, coating, and slitting, as assigned on each shift. You will perform daily equipment checks, log batch data, maintain orderly work areas, and ensure accurate paperwork for batch records while adhering to safety protocols.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of pharma manufacturing experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be willing to work various shifts;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in a science field preferred.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience in pharmaceuticals or a related field.
• Self-starter with good time management.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and detail-oriented with accurate recordkeeping.
• Willingness to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily performance checks on required equipment and scales.
• Documents process start/end times in batch logs.
• Maintains organized, clean work area and follows PPE rules.
• Performs required cleaning of process equipment and rooms.
• Completes batch paperwork accurately.
• Sets up and operates the slitter; logs and packages finished rolls.
