Job summary

Alcami Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to support sterile liquids manufacturing and other units on a 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:30pm) on-site in Charleston, SC. The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, cGMPs, and accurate documentation.

You will perform in-process testing, weight checks, basic math, and assist with equipment operation and cleaning. High school diploma or GED required; GMP/pharma experience a plus; 2nd shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
• 1+ years GMP/pharma experience required.

Responsibilities

• Follows applicable SOPs and cGMPs to perform assigned duties and tasks.
• Ensures timely completion and compliance with cGMP and all other relevant company training requirements.
• Assists with applicable manufacturing techniques and technologies per SOPs and cGMPs.
• Assists with manufacturing technologies and operation of manufacturing and material handling equipment.
• Documents activities in real time on controlled documentation and legibly, per SOPs and cGMPs.
• Performs in-process testing, weight checks, component counting and basic math calculations.
• Performs cleaning of rooms, tools and equipment.
• Assists with other manufacturing areas as required.
• Works occasional hours outside of scheduled shift based on business needs, which may include weekend work.
• Other duties as assigned.
