Job summary

Perrigo is hiring entry-level Manufacturing Specialists to join our team in Michigan. You will perform various production operations with specialized equipment to produce pharmaceutical products, following cGMP standards and precise documentation.

You should have a High School diploma or GED, basic math and English skills, and be able to work varied shifts with overtime as needed. Safety gear will be provided, and a background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and English reading comprehension required.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Working knowledge of computers required.
• PPE and safety gear provided as needed.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with overtime when necessary.
• Available for training on various shifts.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, manufacturing orders, cleaning checklists per cGMP.
• Operate computer-controlled equipment via OIT interface.
• Use instruments like calipers, balance scales, and hardness testers.
• Handle in-process raw materials and components during production.
• Move bulk materials using forklifts and other equipment.
• Perform in-process testing and visual inspections.
• Document GMP data on logs and batch records.
• Clean equipment and manufacturing suites per checklist.
