Job summary

Halozyme, a leader in drug delivery technologies, seeks an Executive Director, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Supply Transactions Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance and transactional support for manufacturing, supply, and CDMO collaborations. You will work with regulatory, quality and engineering teams to negotiate, draft and manage complex agreements.

The role requires collaboration across functions, diligence on life science transactions, and oversight of manufacturing relationships,

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and negotiation of new pharmaceutical product manufacturing and supply collaborations
• Draft non-disclosure, development, manufacturing, service, supply, CDMO and other agreements
• Perform diligence and support in mergers and acquisitions or in-licensing of new drug delivery technologies
• Advise management and business teams on complex manufacturing and supply chain relationships and legal issues
