Job summary

Kindeva Drug Delivery in Northridge, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support 24/7 pharmaceutical operations. You will provide daily technical support, troubleshoot processes, drive continuous improvement, and execute engineering deliverables to improve safety, quality, reliability and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with manufacturing or pharma exposure.
• Experience applying root cause methodologies and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of cGMP, quality systems, change control, deviations, and CAPA.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a 24/7 production setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support for assigned production lines.
• Troubleshoot equipment, process, and quality issues and drive containment.
• Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Support OEE, uptime, yield, scrap reduction, and throughput improvements.
• Develop and implement process improvements and validation activities.
• Maintain engineering records and documentation.
