Job summary

Sun Pharma is seeking a skilled and dependable Manufacturing Operator II to join our 2nd shift production team. In this hands‑on role, you will support the manufacturing of high‑quality pharmaceutical products while ensuring strict adherence to cGMP standards, SOPs, and safety requirements.

This position is ideal for someone with solid manufacturing experience who enjoys working with complex equipment, troubleshooting processes, and contributing to efficient, compliant production operations.

Qualifications

High school, trade or vocational diploma or equivalent required.
Forklift or related equipment certification required.
Solid troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude essential.
Good knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
Understanding of occupational health and safety practices.
Basic computer skills; MS Office; SAP familiarity preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; oral and written.
Math skills and attention to detail; CEFR A2 English level.

Responsibilities

Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment across processes including granulation, blending, compression, coating, encapsulation, and imprinting.
Execute manufacturing processes per batch records and SOPs.
Monitor process performance and ensure adherence to production specs.
Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and cleaning as required.
Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and adjust to maintain quality and efficiency.
Document activities in real time and ensure data integrity.
