Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and work under supervision.
• Basic knowledge of chemical production processes and manufacturing equipment.
• Accurate documentation and safety procedures must be followed.
• Capable of performing physical tasks including transporting materials.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical production processes according to detailed instructions.
• Set up, operate, and clean production equipment for pharma/medical device products.
• Complete batch records, logs, and SAP transactions with compliance to cGMP and SOPs.
• Demonstrate operation and basic troubleshooting of equipment (dryers, centrifuges, mills, reactors).
• Transport materials safely using proper equipment and tools.
• Contribute to area safety inspections and internal audits.
