Job summary

Raise is looking for a Manufacturing Production Operator to join our Philadelphia facility on-site. You will support batch production, follow SOPs and batch records, and maintain clean, compliant manufacturing spaces in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes adherence to cGMPs and FDA requirements, accurate documentation, and teamwork across shifts. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read, understand, and apply cGMPs, SOPs and batch records.
• Ability to perform QA-related tasks with attention to accuracy.
• Strong communication across departments to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch records to manufacture products and document results.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper assembly of equipment per SOPs.
• Perform in-process testing and inspections as required and sign batch records.
• Report issues to supervisor and ensure proper batch completion and log maintenance.
• Adhere to FDA regulations and company policies at all times.
