Job summary

ttg Talent Solutions has been engaged to conduct a search for a Manufacturing Engineer II on behalf of a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturer. This on-site role in Western Broward County supports new product introduction and lifecycle management of drug-device products, sitting at the intersection of development and production.

The Manufacturing Engineer II will work on design transfer, process development, validation, and continuous improvement for regulated drug-device combinations,

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks, cGMP, ISO/ASTM/ICH standards.

Responsibilities

• Support design transfer and new product introduction with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and validate manufacturing processes and controls; perform IQ/OQ/PQ validation.
• Create and maintain engineering drawings, BOMs, and change orders.
• Support equipment qualification, tooling design, and pilot-line/production readiness.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
