Quality Consulting Group, LLC is looking for a talented maintenance technician to join our team supporting manufacturing in Puerto Rico and the continental USA. Under general supervision, you’ll perform intermediate maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and help optimize the maintenance program.

The role requires an Associate’s degree, strong communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Associate degree required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

Mansioni

• Under general supervision, execute intermediate maintenance activities.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and identify root cause for equipment issues.
• Maintain an up-to-date cGMP training book.
• Develop, revise, and review SOPs or work plans for related areas.
• Assist in evaluating maintenance procedures and optimize the program.
• Plan and schedule own work with operations to minimize production impact.
• Support start-up of new equipment to meet specifications.
• Review plans, P&ID, HVAC and related drawings.
