QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, LLC is seeking a qualified maintenance professional to join our team in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector in Puerto Rico and the USA. You will perform intermediate maintenance tasks, troubleshoot equipment, and support start-up activities for new equipment, while upholding cGMP standards.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrician fields, and at least 2 years of maintenance experience within pharma

Competenze

• Associate degree(Refrigeration, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrician)
• 2 years of Maintenance experience
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Packaging, Utilities, and Solid Manufacturing operations.
• Experience in maintenance within Parenteral Manufacturing, Sterile Manufacturing, and Vial or Syringe Filling operations.
• Technical education or training in Electricity, Pneumatics, Sensors, Industrial Maintenance, or Electronics
• Availability 12hr shifts Day and Night Shift

Mansioni

• Under general supervision, execute intermediate maintenance activities.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and employ basic predictive technologies to identify root cause and appropriate corrective actions for equipment problems or to diagnose equipment
• Maintain an up-to-date cGMP training book.
• Develop, revise, and review related SOPs or job plans/work plans for work related areas.
• Assist in the evaluation of the current maintenance procedures and recommend changes to optimize the maintenance program.
• Perform intermediate troubleshooting of utility, process, and HVAC related equipment/ systems.
• Plan and schedule own work activities with operations staff to minimize impact to production activities.
• Provide basic support of start-up of new equipment to ensure it meets all mechanical design specifications.
• Review utility, process system/equipment, Plumbing, ductwork plans, architectural, and HVAC P&ID
