Job summary

PwC in the United States is seeking a Compliance - Health Industries, Pharma Life Sciences, Senior Associate to support regulatory risk and compliance work for pharma and life sciences clients. You will interpret regulatory requirements, assess compliance needs, and develop practical approaches for complex operating environments.

You will mentor juniors, manage workstreams, and build client relationships while advancing your technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in regulatory risk or compliance.
• Experience supporting pharma or life sciences clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze regulatory compliance requirements for healthcare and life sciences clients and translate them into actionable workstreams.
• Assess client controls, policies, and procedures to identify gaps in compliance, governance, and risk management.
• Develop compliance reviews, testing approaches, and documentation aligned with regulatory expectations across pharma and related environments.
• Interpret data and operational evidence to support findings, recommendations, and remediation actions.
• Prepare client deliverables summarizing risks, observations, and remediation steps.
• Support compliance program implementation across third party risk, privacy, records management, sanctions, AML, and ethics.
