Job summary

Gemini Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance label inspector to join the label department.

The role ensures labeling materials are handled per procedures and performs various counting, inspection, and inventory reconciliation tasks to support packaging operations. The position emphasizes accuracy in logging, scanning, and defect inspection, with daily responsibilities including material transfer to inventory, label destruction, and daily UPC verification.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical environment preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of cGMPs, fire, and general safety.

Responsibilities

• Records label and labeling material incoming lots into the Incoming Labeling logbook.
• Generates initial AQL documentation for each incoming label and labeling material lot.
• Creates an Inventory Control Record for each incoming labeling lot.
• Samples and counts each incoming labeling lot.
• Inspects and releases all incoming labels and labeling material using master overlays, UPC scanner, and visual inspection.
