Job summary

CCL Label is seeking a Folding Operator for the St. Charles, MO facility on 1st shift (6am–2pm, Mon–Fri). Responsibilities include setting up feeders, folding gates, and rollers; determining fold types; and ensuring finish quality.

Requires ability to count, read procedures, and work with a team and independently as needed. The role offers steady hours in a manufacturing environment with exposure to standard plant conditions, and requires adherence to GMPs and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must be able to count and measure accurately.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Determine type of fold needed for current jobs.
• Print and manage required paperwork for each job.
• Set up feeder, rollers and fold gates for correct folds.
• Install slitter/scorer adjustments as needed to complete folds.
• Monitor quality and size of finished leaflets during runs.
• Box finished products for shipping or next stage.
