Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a laboratory analyst to perform routine and non-routine testing to support product release and plant operations. You will handle environmental monitoring, water testing, and other lab functions, ensuring adherence to cGMP and data integrity.

Ideal candidates have a biology/chemistry background with 0–3 years of lab experience and familiarity with lab instrumentation. Strong communication in English and a commitment to safety are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or associate degree in biology, microbiology, chemistry, or related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Experience in a cGMP environment preferred.
Experience with lab instrumentation preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and non-routine product release testing (endotoxin, bioburden, particulates).
Conduct environmental monitoring and water testing to support plant operations.
Perform incoming material testing and basic lab support functions.
Assist in audits and maintain compliance with cGMP and data integrity.
