Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services seeks a Laboratory Technician to join our quality-focused team in North Carolina. You will perform routine and non-routine testing to support product release and plant operations, including environmental monitoring and water testing.

Responsibilities include data review, calibration, and assisting with audits. A 0–3 year background in a cGMP or pharmaceutical lab is preferred, with strong written and verbal communication skills and strict adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in biology, microbiology, chemistry.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a cGMP environment.
• Experience in lab instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine testing to support product release and plant operations.
• Conduct environmental monitoring, water testing, and other laboratory functions as needed.
• Review laboratory data and assist with audits and validation activities.
• Maintain safety procedures and ensure data integrity per cGMP.
