Job summary

Humiley Group Inc. is recruiting an HVAC Engineer for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Houston.

You will lead on-site PMC supervision of HVAC and Cleanroom packages, ensure air handling and containment systems meet EU-GMP, WHO-GMP and ISO 14644 requirements from design through qualification hand-over. Role requires 5+ years in HVAC/site work, with 2+ years on GMP-cleanroom projects, and proficiency in AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, Navisworks, MS Project/Primavera P6 and BIM/digital site

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/HVAC or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years HVAC site experience, 2+ on EU-GMP/WHO-GMP/PIC/S projects.
Familiarity with EU-GMP Annex 1, ISO 14644, ASHRAE 170, ISPE Baseline Guide Vol. 3.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site PMC supervision for HVAC and Cleanroom packages.
Review HVAC shop drawings, heat-load calculations, duct sizing and equipment selection.
Witness FAT/SAT, DOP/PAO tests and ensure GMP compliance.
Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Automation, BMS and Cleanroom teams.
Maintain QA logs, NCRs and weekly PMC reporting.
