Our national sales force comprises field-based representatives across the US, serving as a direct link between the company, healthcare providers (HCPs), and clients. This territory includes Waco, TX, and surrounding areas such as Waxahachie, Cleburne, Mansfield, and others. Qualified candidates must reside within this territory.
The selected candidate will handle all operational aspects of pharmaceutical sales, including generating sales, communicating and promoting the clinical and economic benefits of our products, building and maintaining successful relationships, educating healthcare staff, and identifying new growth opportunities. They will collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external resources on sales-related issues.
* Establish, develop, and maintain successful business partnerships with targeted HCPs and staff within the assigned geographical territory; increase awareness through scientific information and educational programs; collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to execute an action plan to achieve sales goals; understand and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet objectives.
* Create consultative, solution-oriented business partnerships with clients by meeting regularly with targeted HCPs and staff to discuss how our products can meet their needs.
