Job summary

Alcami Corporation in Garner, NC is seeking a Shipper/Receiver - Pharma/GMP to safely handle client products in a GMP/GDP environment, following company and client requirements.

This is a 1st shift, full-time, on-site role with duties including receiving, inventory, shipping, temperature monitoring, GDP compliance, and proper documentation. A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of relevant experience are required; DOT/IATA training is optional.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1 year of relevant experience.
• GMP/GDP knowledge.
• DOT/IATA training (optional).
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle products appropriately and enter information electronically into the applicable system.
• Receive products in accordance with company and client requirements.
• Inventory client products in accordance with company and client requirements.
• Ship client products in accordance with company and client requirements.
• Closely monitor temperature in chambers while performing operations.
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
• Document and report discrepancies.
• Operate temperature monitoring devices.
• Escort customers as needed.
• Report questionable issues to management for evaluation and determination.
• Assist courier runs to ensure the proper handling of client product.
• Keep workspaces clean, neat, and orderly at all times.
• Become a member of the on-call monitoring team if eligible.
• Understand and comply with Safety Data Sheets.
• Other duties as assigned.
